The Scrub Typhus Detect™ IgM ELISA test for exposure to Orientia tsutsugamushi (OT; formerly Rickettsia) is an ELISA system for the detection of IgM antibodies in human serum to OT-derived recombinant antigen. This test is to aid in the detection of human exposure to OT species. It is not intended to screen blood or blood components. For in vitro diagnostic use only.
The complete kit includes one 96 well strippable plate with all necessary reagents and controls.
